Responsible provider and contact
Can Harmanci, trading as ATLAS AI, Kölner Straße 59, 50226 Frechen, Germany. Email: kontakt.ch98@gmail.com. The provider handles site inquiries and pilot-account administration. A customer-specific processing agreement is required before real customer records are onboarded.
What the preview does
The interactive demo uses synthetic records held in browser memory and resets on reload. The signed-in pilot workspace stores manually entered request records, response drafts, estimate inputs, scheduling preferences and activity events in the Site database, associated with the signed-in account identifier. The contact form stores inquiry messages and a receipt reference. The delivery queue stores an office-approved reply and its action status. External delivery is not configured; queuing is not sending. Test Checkout code is present but requires a separate Stripe test credential and catalog. No live purchase is enabled.
Data minimization
Use synthetic test records in this private pilot. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, access codes, health data, identification documents or actual household/customer information. Setup-configurator fields remain in browser memory unless you send an email. The separate contact form writes its entered name, email, company and message to the private database when you select Save inquiry. No email delivery is implied by that receipt.
Purposes and legal basis
Inquiry information is used to respond to requested pre-contractual steps. Necessary account and technical processing supports requested pilot access and legitimate security and operational interests, where those bases apply. Any production service requires a documented assessment of controller/processor roles, legal bases, applicable U.S. state privacy rules and GDPR obligations for the German provider.
Hosting and recipients
This preview uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and sign-in, with the platform’s Cloudflare-backed runtime and database. Platform processing is also governed by the applicable platform terms and notices. Email inquiries are received through the published Gmail address. No U.S.-only data-residency guarantee is made. Final provider agreements, regions, subprocessors and any international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before real customer-data processing.
Retention and deletion
Demo state disappears when the page reloads. Pilot database records persist; closing a request is not deletion. For a configured business workspace, a daily retention job deletes closed requests with their history after the workspace retention period (365 days by default, adjustable between 30 and 3,650 days) and removes imported mailbox items that never became a request after 90 days; open requests are never deleted automatically. Contact the provider to request earlier deletion or export of pilot records. Production retention periods, backup behavior and deletion verification must be agreed before launch.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and complaints to a competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the contact above. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. This preview does not implement advertising pixels, remarketing, session replay or the sale of personal data.
Authentication and essential storage
The hosting platform uses necessary authentication/session mechanisms. The application does not add advertising cookies or analytics SDKs. Provider-level logging and platform policies must also be considered; this notice is not a claim that infrastructure processes no technical data.
